Licensing & Content Policy

Every download comes with a licence tied to your plan.

Personal licence (Starter)

• Post clips on your own social accounts.
• Edit, caption and remix them for those posts.
• No client work, paid ads, or use on accounts you do not own.

Commercial licence (Pro & Lifetime)

• Everything in the personal licence.
• Use on client accounts and monetised pages.
• Use in paid promotion and brand campaigns.

Not allowed on any plan

• Reselling, sublicensing or redistributing the raw files.
• Claiming ownership of the original footage or the creators in it.
• Uses that are defamatory, deceptive, or imply endorsement by a creator.

Where clips come from

We source clips from publicly streamed content and creators who permit clipping. Platform rules (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X) still apply to anything you post — you are responsible for compliance on your own accounts.

Takedown requests

Creators and rights holders can request removal by emailing support@clippd.shop with the clip title or link and proof of ownership. We review every request and remove verified content from the library promptly.
