By creating an account or subscribing to clippd you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

clippd provides a members-only library of short-form video clips, updated weekly. The number of clips added each week varies (typically 100–1,000) and the exact catalogue changes over time.

Accounts

• You must be 16 or older and provide accurate details.
• You are responsible for keeping your login secure.
• One account per person. Sharing logins or reselling access is not permitted.

Plans & billing

• Starter — £4.99/month: 25 downloads per month, personal licence, Starter library.
• Pro — £11.99/month: unlimited downloads, commercial licence, full library, early access.
• Lifetime — £29.99 one-time: permanent Pro-level access.

Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are in GBP and include any applicable tax. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

Acceptable use

• Do not redistribute, resell or bulk-share the raw clip files.
• Do not use clips in a way that is unlawful, defamatory or hateful.
• Do not scrape, automate or attempt to bypass download limits or access controls.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, without refund.

Content & takedowns

Clips feature publicly streamed and creator-permitted material. If you are a rights holder and believe content should be removed, see our Licensing & Content Policy.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for how you choose to use clips on third-party platforms. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
