Refund & Cancellation Policy

clippd sells instant-access digital content. This policy sets out when a refund is available and how to cancel.

14-day refund window

If you have not downloaded any clips, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. Because clips are digital goods delivered immediately, the statutory right to cancel ends once you start downloading — by downloading a clip you agree to immediate delivery and waive that right for that billing period.

Monthly plans

• Cancel any time from Account → Manage billing.
• Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• We do not pro-rate part-used months, but we will always look at accidental renewals.

Lifetime access (£29.99)

Refundable within 14 days of purchase provided no clips have been downloaded. After that, lifetime purchases are final.

Exceptions we always honour

• Duplicate or accidental charges.
• Being charged after a confirmed cancellation.
• The service being unavailable for a prolonged period on your plan.

How to request a refund

Email support@clippd.shop from your account email with the date of purchase. We reply within 2 working days and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 working days.
